Information About this Plug-in for Blender Export:
The armature bone are fixed. The position, rotation, and the offset bone are working for psk and psa. The main bone rotation is set to neutral instead of negative zero that cause the bone to rotate in the other direction base on the character build. The bone are fixed to the head bone in blender.

PSA Information:
Here you can fix your animation for psa that is in unreal editor. That I found it that the animation bones need to be add into the animset to update the bone pose frame.
